As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing performance across our health insurance agency by gathering, analyzing, and reporting key data metrics. This role supports leadership in making data-driven decisions to improve agent productivity, sales conversion rates, lead quality, compliance tracking, and operational efficiency.

LOCATION & HOURS

• Our office is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We are looking for someone that can commute to our office daily.
• Typical hours of operation will be from 9 AM-5 PM, Monday-Friday. Possible extended hours during enrollment period.
