If so, you might be the perfect fit for VIVIO! As a Data Analyst, you will closely collaborate with our Tech Team and report to the Manager of Operations. You will analyze customer and operational data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights. This analysis aims to improve sales, enhance customer reporting, promote business growth, and increase operational efficiency. This role involves working with various data sources, creating reports and dashboards, and building automation for the same while collaborating with cross-functional teams. We are looking for a talented individual who is a self-starter, who is eager to learn and can quickly understand new data and transform it into clear dashboards and reports. Qualifications Who should apply: Specifically, we’re looking for candidates with the following requirements: Strong knowledge of SQL (preferably with MySQL) or comparable database Strong hands-on experience with Python Understanding of database schemas and design Experience building dashboards using BI tools such as Quicksight, PowerBI or Tableau Experience with data processing and building automation with Python/Pandas is preferred Exposure to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is a plus Strong aptitude for complex products and solutions Extreme attention to detail A willingness to work independently and be flexible to shifting needs and priorities Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Clinical, Product Development, Data Analytics, Member Experience, and Client Success Experience with healthcare data, preferably pharmacy data, or a strong desire and aptitude to learn it Familiarity with HIPAA compliance Mission-driven, highly motivated to drive impact in healthcare Preference for candidate to work in a hybrid environment at our corporate office in Hayward, CA Additional Information Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $70K-$85K Annual Bonus Eligible Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, Pharmacy, Dental, Vision Life Insurance Stock Options Paid Parental Leave 401(k) with Company Match PTO Full-time position Dynamic, collaborative work environment Opportunity to make a real impact at a growing Public Benefit Corporation VIVIO Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
