For them we managed for e.g. on-going product maintenance or the emergency and monitoring call center. Job Description Are you a data wizard with a passion for driving insights and continuous improvement? Do you want to be a key player in shaping the future of our Honda Contact Center. The Data Analyst – Honda Project is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing operational data to support decision-making, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement within the Honda Contact Center operations. This role ensures data accuracy, KPI visibility, and actionable insights, working closely with Operations, Quality, Workforce, and Digital/Voicebot teams. You will also be responsible for updating the Monthly reports created for each branch (market) in the Honda world. Key Responsibilities Include: Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring As a HONDA CX expert, you will analyze operational KPIs related to: Call volumes, SLA / ASA / AHT, CSAT, Escalations, Quality results Identify trends, deviations, and performance risks Support root cause analysis for operational issues Reporting & Dashboards Create and maintain regular reports (daily / weekly / monthly) Develop dashboards for: Operations Manager, Supervisors, Project stakeholders, Client Ensure consistency and accuracy of reported data Automate reporting processes where possible Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate: Minimum Tenure: A minimum of 6 months of continuous employment within Bosch Service Solutions in Spain. Expertise in Honda CX Service: You are an expert in the Honda Customer Experience service, including a deep understanding of processes, procedures, Honda products and services, and the brand's mission – "The Power of Dreams." Your technical, process, and procedural knowledge must align seamlessly with the Honda brand promise. Exceptional and Proven Advanced Excel Knowledge: This is non-negotiable. You must be highly proficient in complex formulas (array formulas, INDEX/MATCH, OFFSET, etc.), pivot tables, dynamic dashboards in Excel. Basic or user-level Excel skills are not sufficient for this role. Some experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) will be a significant advantage. Basic understanding of databases / data sources. Experience with SQL is a definite plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining data findings to various stakeholders. A proactive mindset, with a strong ability to identify problems and propose data-driven solutions. Position is based in Barcelona.
