YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field with 2+ years of equivalent experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with Power-BI and SAP is preferred for managing sales, finance, and customer data
  • Prior experience working with automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and suppliers is highly valued
  • Understanding of general financial concepts (e.g., margins, cost calculations, contract terms)
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts (e.g., how automotive components like door handles function) after training
  • Strong, efficient, and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities
  • Manage key account activities and provide data-driven insights to support the Huf Group’s Sales department
  • Act as a liaison between the Huf Group and key customer accounts, addressing their needs and strengthening relationships
  • Analyze sales, customer, and project-related data to provide actionable insights for business decisions
  • Ensure data integrity (% accuracy) and maintain high-quality records, collaborating with internal teams to validate data across systems
  • Support on-time invoicing and reduce past dues through accurate data handling
  • Utilize a project management system that integrates agile and classic methodologies to manage hybrid projects effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders across company boundaries
  • Integrate data with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems to support sales processes
  • Identify areas for margin improvement and highlight needs for contract renegotiation based on data analysis
  • Travel could be required domestically
  • Support corporate targets such as Earnings Before Interest and Taxes (EBIT) & New Business Acquisition
