Creating meaningful key performance indicators for better decisions!

For our valued partner in the maritime industry, we are seeking a

Data Analyst (m/f/d) at their Kiel location.

You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and key performance indicator systems. In addition to creating analyses, you will also handle documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of the underlying processes.

Your responsibilities:

- Creating ad-hoc analyses and evaluations for the sound assessment of relevant business and process data

- Preparing, integrating, and automating data processes with Power Query

- Maintaining, updating, and continuously developing existing reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Integrating new reports, dashboards, and KPIs, and evaluating their relevance to the respective processes

- Documenting dashboard development and regularly updating the associated process descriptions

Your qualifications:

- Completed commercial or technical training, or a degree in business informatics, controlling, or business administration

- At least three years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or a comparable field

- Excellent Excel skills, especially in complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization

- Extensive experience with Power Query and good knowledge of SAP Analysis for Office and SAP ERP

- Structured and independent work style, as well as strong communication skills
