ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Data Analyst, you will drive clarity in complex and ambiguous environments by turning data into insights that directly influence operational and business decisions. This role exists to establish meaningful analytical foundations, measure real impact, and guide improvements across evolving processes and tools. You’ll have broad ownership over analysis, freedom to explore new data domains, and strong visibility into how your work shapes outcomes. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries in Snowflake - Independently explore and assess datasets to understand their structure, quality, and limitations with minimal direction - Proactively identify trends, correlations, anomalies, and changes over time - Define baselines and measurement frameworks to quantify business value and operational impact - Perform before-and-after analyses to evaluate the effects of process, policy, and tooling changes - Translate ambiguous or loosely defined business questions into structured, actionable analyses - Connect analytical findings to real business outcomes and clearly communicate insights to stakeholders MUST HAVES - 4+ years of experience in SQL using Snowflake - Strong analytical intuition and ability to decide what to analyze - Python basic proficiency - Experience with variables and functions - Experience with dictionaries and lists - Experience with loops and conditional logic (if/else) - Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance - Proven experience learning new data domains autonomously - High level of comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces - Ability to link data insights to business and operational impact - Upper-intermediate English level.
