AirAsia Airline Data Support team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting our data analytics team in managing, analyzing, and interpreting issues. You will work closely with analysts, data engineers and other stakeholders to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth execution of data-driven projects. We are looking for Allstars to join an innovative and dynamic team which works in tandem with product and tech. Duties and Responsibilities: Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop a thorough understanding of AirAsia's operations. Help execute projects to drive insights that lead to revenue growth or cost savings. Some projects may also be directly responsible for creating operational efficiencies by instituting process changes discovered through insights. Provide technical assistance to analysts and data scientists regarding data access, manipulation, and interpretation. Troubleshoot data-related issues and offer solutions to ensure seamless data workflows. Assist in the setup and maintenance of data analysis tools and software. Work closely with a diverse set of stakeholders to anticipate analytics needs and to quantify the impact of projects. Work with data engineering to develop and implement new analytical tools, data pipelines and improve our underlying data infrastructure. Work with data science teams to visualize model outputs and present the results. Effectively present and communicate analysis to the company to drive business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant support Respond to alerts, notifications, and incidents in real-time, minimizing disruptions and downtime at anytime Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Solid understanding of data management principles, data analysis techniques, and basic statistical concepts. Proficiency in data manipulation using tools such as SQL, Excel, or scripting languages (Python, R). Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) must be required. Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with complex datasets. Effective communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members. Prior experience in a data-related role or relevant internship is beneficial but not mandatory.
