Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team and assist in analysing data, generating insightful reports, and supporting decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, be proficient in data management and reporting tools, and have a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions that improve efficiency and performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Gather and interpret data from various sources (databases, CRM systems, external
    sources, etc.).
  2. Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
  3. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and align analyses
    with strategic goals.
  4. Act as a data champion to ensure data requirements are considered and effectively
    met at all stages of the software development lifecycle.
  5. Influence and advocate data-led decision making within your team.
  6. Develop, design, and deliver regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards to visualise key metrics and insights for different departments (e.g., finance, marketing, sales,
    operations).
  7. Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
  8. Translate complex data into understandable and compelling reports tailored to nontechnical stakeholders.
  9. Work with data engineers to ensure your team’s data is timely, accurate and
    accessible.
  10. Conduct regular audits and validation checks on datasets to ensure compliance with
    data standards.
