Description This role is cross-functional, supporting multiple business units. The analyst will work closely with business experts to gather requirements and deliver tools, dashboards, datafeeds, and analyses. They will also represent Data Analytics in routine meetings, projects, and larger scale initiatives as needed. The Data Analyst II will expand the capacity of the Data Analytics function. They will build and maintain dashboards, support recurring reporting, and represent DA in routine business discussions/meetings. This role will ensure timely, reliable data delivery while strengthening the foundation for advanced analytics as the organization grows. RESPONSIBILITIES Build, maintain, and improve tools and dashboards. Represent DA in business meetings, answer routine questions and support DA initiatives. Analyze business data to identify trends and insights Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting requests and data pulls. Educate business users on accessing and interpreting reports. Troubleshoot and triage issues with reporting tools.
