Your responsibilities:

Monitoring and evaluating reports

Ensuring the correct digitization of prescriptions/documents by external service providers

Monitoring digital processes from scanning to health insurance transmission

Escalation/case handling

Creating, interpreting, and analyzing Excel reports

Liaison between internal and external departments

Supporting the team with all tasks

Your qualifications:

Completed degree or vocational training (e.g., in IT)

Excellent PC and MS Office skills (especially Excel)

Strong process understanding

Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of work

Excellent written and spoken German and good English skills

Team spirit, reliability, independence, and honesty
