Responsibilities

A new opportunity is available to join Origin Energy’s People & Culture team as our Data Analyst – Industrial Relations Assurance. In this role, you will conduct data analysis to support pay compliance and remediation processes, ensuring that obligations are met, and team members are paid correctly and fairly.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the data analysis of potential pay compliance issues to identify any gaps and ensure timely remediation where required.
  • Support internal and external audit activities and assurance processes.
  • Analyse rostering and hours-of-work data to mitigate compliance risks.
  • Validate reconciliation processes to ensure ongoing compliance with entitlements.
  • Use data to drive smarter workforce scheduling and HR process improvements.
  • Communicate insights simply and clearly, including presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
