About the role

At our company, a (Senior) Data Analyst works across the entire modern data platform, from data sources to reporting (e.g. Fabric and Power BI). The role combines business understanding, data analysis, and data processing to support decision-making.

Your job duties include identifying customer information needs, retrieving, modeling, analyzing and ensuring quality of data, and above all, an interest and enthusiasm for presenting information in a clear and visually impressive way through reports, dashboards and other analytics solutions. You are able to build user-oriented visualizations that help customers better understand their business and make better decisions. Your role also includes maintaining and developing information security and documentation as part of customer projects.

You don't need to be an AI expert, but you already know how to use AI-assisted tools to support analysis, information retrieval, reporting, and improving your own work. You also understand the possibilities and limitations of artificial intelligence, are able to critically evaluate the results it produces, and ensure the reliability of analyses. The most important thing is an interest in developing your skills in the use of generative artificial intelligence and analytics tools that utilize artificial intelligence.

Our consultants work in hybrid or virtual client-specific project teams. In addition, you have your own more permanent "home team" where support and sparring are always nearby.

Key areas of responsibility

  • Understanding and translating customers' business needs into practical data and analytics solutions
  • Independently designing and implementing reports, dashboards and analyses
  • ensuring data quality, reliability and understandability
  • sparring with clients on best practices in data, analytics and reporting
  • Continuous development of own expertise in terms of data platforms, analytics and AI-assisted working methods

Success in this role requires:

✅ strong knowledge of reporting, analytics and data solutions (especially Power BI, SQL and Microsoft Fabric)

✅ ability to design clear, informative and visually high-quality dashboards and reporting packages

✅ ability to take responsibility for one's own work, for example planning one's own time and estimating working hours

✅ understanding of the use of modern AI tools in the work of an analyst (e.g. Copilot, AI-assisted analysis and data mining)

✅ fluent Finnish and English language skills

We thrive as a person who is analytical , curious , self-motivated and wants to continuously develop your skills . You have a consultative approach and the ability to build trust with customers. You know how to listen to customer needs, challenge thinking when necessary and find solutions that generate genuine business value.

We consider it an advantage

➕ Microsoft certifications (specifically DP-600, DP-700 and PL-300)

➕ experience in different industries, metrics, reporting solutions and data modeling (e.g. semantic models)

➕ understanding of leveraging Copilot, AI agent or other generative AI solutions in analytics and reporting use cases, as well as understanding of predictive analytics or AutoML solutions

➕ Swedish, Norwegian or Danish language skills

In addition to the many responsibilities, we offer you:
