We are a leading distributor of hunting, fishing and outdoor sporting goods, supporting major USA retailers with products, services and business solutions to fully service their needs. Innovative Procurement offers retail category management, distribution and fulfillment, product development, sourcing, bundling and E-Commerce fulfillment to our customers.
The Sales Analyst position is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has a good work ethic, who is willing to learn all aspects of the sporting goods industry and who would like to grow with our company. Prior experience, knowledge or skills are not as important as the ability and willingness to learn and the desire to become an integral part of Innovative Procurement.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• College, college experience or significant prior work experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and collect, organize and disseminate abundant information with accuracy
• Advance skills in Excel
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting information clearly
• Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and confident manner
• Maintain confidentiality
• Willingness to learn and help out in all areas of the company

• Use available tools to identify, analyze and interpret inventory and other data
• Research data and other information to identify and define problems, extract key information
• Gather and share information between customers, suppliers and other relevant parties
• Place purchase orders with suppliers along with follow up on shipping

deadlines, etc.

• Maintain and update item information with suppliers and customers
• Meet with customers concerning inventory levels and product maintenance
• Provide general assistance in all areas of the company
