DATA ANALYST (INSURANCE)

We are hiring five professionals with strong technical, analytical, and relationship management skills to support enrolment reporting and client impact analysis within the group benefits space. This hybrid opportunity (Tuesday–Thursday on-site) can be based in either Waterloo, ON or Montréal, QC and runs through February 2026, with the possibility of extension or full-time conversion depending on performance.

• Support enrolment projects by performing data analysis and identifying business impacts.
• Engage internal stakeholders and service owners to define requirements and document changes.
• Create, review, and transition deliverables for sign-off and operational handover.
• Drive client impact assessments, reporting, and workflow updates related to benefit administration.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies in data processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
