About the role: We are looking for a Data Analyst – IT Operations to help shape the future of IT through data-driven insights and reporting. This role is all about analyzing trends, building dashboards, and providing clear, actionable insights that improve how employees interact with IT. You will work with data to enhance decision-making, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive the success of new digital initiatives. A strong background in Power BI, storytelling with data, and a passion for analytics is key. What you’ll be doing: • Develop and deliver Power BI reports and dashboards, turning raw data into meaningful insights. • Use data storytelling to translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations. • Analyze IT performance trends, user experience metrics, and operational data to find ways to improve efficiency. • Identify patterns and predict potential issues before they impact users. • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring data is used effectively in decision-making. • Support global projects by providing data analysis that helps shape new digital tools and processes. • Work closely with teams across the business to integrate data-driven strategies into IT initiatives. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience working with data analysis, reporting, or IT insights. • Strong experience with Power BI – building dashboards, creating visualizations, and simplifying complex data. • A passion for data storytelling, making numbers easy to understand and act on. • Analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends, gaps, and opportunities. • Comfortable working with global teams and presenting insights to stakeholders. • Ability to turn operational data into strategic recommendations. • Open to occasional travel (up to 20%25).
