In 2022, as per data.ai, ixigo was featured in the Top 10 most downloaded travel apps worldwide. Job Description We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to join our team. As a Product Analyst (Data Insights), you will use your expertise in query scripting languages (e.g., SQL, DWB, ETL) to extract insights from our data warehouse, analyze customer behaviour, and inform product decisions. Your goal will be to turn data into actionable recommendations that drive product growth and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities: Write complex queries using various scripting languages (e.g., SQL, DWB, ETL) to extract data from our data warehouse Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product decisions Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and ETL processes Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies Qualifications Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in a Product Analyst or similar role Expertise in query scripting languages (e.g., SQL, DWB, ETL) Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field Nice to Have: Familiar with user survey tools and collecting user surveys Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) Certification in data analysis or related field
