• Strong analytical skills and expertise moving from business questions through raw data to answers, insights, and recommendations
• Experience translating marketer questions into technical analysis, developing clear data-founded storytelling around actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Deep hands-on technical knowledge with SQL, including query creation, performance optimization, and complex joins of large data sets
• Visually attractive and functionally efficient executive dashboard design and optimization in Tableau and/or Power BI
• Experience working with large and complex datasets
• 2-6 years of relevant work experience or equivalent experience in management consulting
