The Data Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate provision of data insights to support teams within Regulated Service & Resources.
The post holder will provide quantitative and qualitative insights by developing reports that meet business short and long-term business needs, improve service delivery, and enhance strategic direction of the service and the operational decision making for children at risk of becoming looked after and children who are in care.
The post holder will work closely with the 1) Children’s Homes Finding Team, 2) Fostering Development Team and 3) Edge of Care.

KNOWLEDGE

1. Working knowledge of the framework within which social care operates, inclusive of legislation and national guidance and procedures specific to this post

• Extensive experience in a regulatory or quality assurance role within children’s services.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices pertaining to homes provider for children looked after.
• Demonstrable ability to lead, manage, and inspire teams to achieve high standards of performance.
• Experience in monitoring and tracking providers’ compliance with Ofsted registration and inspection outcomes.
