DEINE AUFGABEN

• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer demand patterns to validate the sales forecast submitted by the Key Account Managers.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product Management and IT teams to develop and maintain demand planning models and tools.
• Monitor inventory levels on product and on category level to identify potential supply chain risks to avoid either out of stocks or obsolete inventory.
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into key supply chain metrics and performance indicators.
• Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Work closely with factories to decide on optimized stocking strategies (safety stocks in China versus shared safety stock in Europe versus allocated safety stock in Germany).
• Identify process improvements and support automation projects (including use of AI where applicable) to enhance supply chain efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in supply chain management, data analytics and artificial intelligence.
