The Role: The Data Analyst/Jr. Developer will contribute innovative ideas and deliver impactful results that enhance the value our Data Conversions team provides to new clients. This role plays a key part in our ongoing process of improvement, focusing on the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of in-house tools that drive efficiency and quality. To develop a strong understanding of the team’s core processes, you will also engage directly in the ETL activities involved in onboarding new clients to the V10 platform. Job Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities (Jr. Developer): Design, develop, and maintain .NET software Creating, maintaining, and enhancing in-house ETL tools Co-ordinate with Lead Developer on code merges, team debugging, and process changes Ensure accuracy and integrity of data & applications Develop, test, and implement program logic Assist in the ETL process by providing analysis, writing clear documentation, and providing problem resolutions Provide expert knowledge and training to the rest of the team in the use of in-house tools Secondary Responsibilities (Data Analyst): Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases Participating in the ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) process as part of onboarding new clients to our DMS.
