• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and their applications in business.
• Experience with reporting packages and data platforms (e.g., SQL, Excel, Business Objects).
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and how to apply them to datasets for predictive analytics.
• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to present data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
