DATA ANALYTICS AND NUMERICAL INSIGHT

• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas)
• Familiar with tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Python/R for advanced data analysis will be advantageous
• Able to clean, transform, and analyze large datasets to detect anomalies and uncover trends
• Uses data to validate control effectiveness and support audit reporting

Builds interactive dashboards to visualize procurement KPIs, spend trends, and audit metrics

• Experienced in Tableau
• Develops simple models to forecast costs/workload
• Presents data-driven insights in a clear and actionable format,Applies AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to streamline tasks
• Explores digital solutions to automate repetitive documentation and enhance workflow efficiency
• Demonstrates a proactive mindset in integrating new technologies into procurement processes
