ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Data Analyst (Intern/Part-Time) will support our operations by maintaining product data, analyzing sales and inventory trends, and ensuring accurate information is available for customers. This role is ideal for someone studying data science, business analytics, information systems, or a related field who is eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced business environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Upload and manage product SKUs, descriptions, and pricing on the company website.
• Update inventory availability and pricing weekly to ensure accuracy for customers.
• Assist in maintaining and updating our B2B customer portal for Westport clients.
• Compile and analyze sales, pricing, and inventory data to identify trends and insights.
• Support ad-hoc data requests from sales, purchasing, and operations teams.
• Help improve data accuracy, organization, and reporting across systems.
• Collaborate with staff to streamline data processes and documentation.
