Responsibilities Collect and clean data from various sources related to real estate market dynamics and trends. Analyze market trends and property performance metrics to provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that visualize data for stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Create statistical models to forecast real estate market behavior and property values. Conduct competitive analysis to position our offerings more effectively in the market. Present findings and recommendations to teams and management in a clear and concise manner. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst in real estate or a similar industry. Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent. Experience with data analysis programming languages such as Python or R is preferred. Solid understanding of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
