The role will focus on the importing, exporting, updating, and maintaining accurate customer data within Lantern’s CRM and database. You will be responsible for all customer data, customer communications, and the outsourcing of accurate data to third parties. You will identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes. You’ll have the ability to manipulate our data using SQL with ease and be confident in presenting your recommendations for improvements, and the reasons why. We’ll look to you to identify areas for improvement, and you’ll use your results to report back to the core business.
