Infosys Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Lead - Financial Services - (Data Quality, Lineage & Risk with Data Governance & Regulatory Reporting) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of the financial services domain and strong analytical skills to ensure the quality, traceability, and integrity of critical data, with a specific focus on adhering to data governance frameworks and supporting regulatory reporting requirements. You will be instrumental in identifying data risks, establishing data quality frameworks, implementing data lineage solutions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will be part of a collaborative and growth-oriented culture at Infosys, where your contributions will have a direct impact on our clients’ success in a highly regulated environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • At Least 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in identifying, analyzing, and resolving data quality issues.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with data profiling tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with data lineage concepts and tools.
  • Understanding of data risk management principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience querying large datasets.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with data governance frameworks and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data catalog tools and metadata management.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CDMP, FRM, CFA).
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
