Job Title: Data Analyst Lead
Location: Hybrid, IN-OFFICE mixed with remote days
Department: Electronic Health Records - Administration
Employment Type: Full-time

JOB SUMMARY:

The Data Analyst Lead, Electronic Health Records reports directly to the VP, Cybersecurity and Applications and is responsible for tasks related to the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system development. Incumbent has strong knowledge and experience in an EHR enterprise scale application. This includes but is not limited to analysis, development, training, testing, documentation, go-live and on-going support, problem resolution, and maintenance of the EHR system.

EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) Required
  • Minimum of 4 years-Relevant experience Required

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect and fingerprint check.
  • Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment.
  • All training requirements including Relias at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter.
  • Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership, coaching and guidance; motivate others to achieve shared aspirations.

  • Proficiently produce routine reports and correspondence.
  • Communicate effectively with organizational team members.
  • Apply logic and understanding to execute instructions in various formats.
  • Translate technical concepts effectively to peers, management, and leadership.
  • Actively monitor the identification, development, and execution of strategic objectives.
  • Involve team members appropriately to achieve goals.
  • Perform other duties as required.
