Develop, maintain and enhance interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.• Prepare sales, performance and management reports for business stakeholders.• Analyse D2C, e-commerce, website and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales performance and business metrics.• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support business growth.• Manage, analyse and interpret large datasets using advanced Excel.• Collaborate closely with D2C, E-commerce, Sales and Marketing teams to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements• Strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau and dashboard development.• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including large data handling and reporting.• Excellent analytical, reporting and data visualisation capabilities.• Ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable business insights.• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
