Your contribution will be Establishing and continuously improving FOUR PAWS' global monitoring & evaluation (M&E) framework to track our strategic, tactical and operational performance and impact Collecting data and analysing complex data sets to provide actionable insights and inform decision-making (developing ETL processes for different data projects, using SQL, Python, Spark, etc.) Developing and implementing methodologies and tools for data collection, validation, and impact measurement Designing and maintaining interactive dashboards and data pipelines to enable performance monitoring and insights Conducting meetings and workshops to collect business requirements and facilitate discussions between key stakeholders to support agreements Leading and managing multiple process improvement projects across the organisation, implementing all steps of the methodology (scope, design, documentation, measurement and evaluation) Creating and maintaining BPMN process diagrams using Microsoft Visio or similar tools to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment across teams Your profile ideally illustrates Hands-on, advanced experience with automation and data tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI and Excel is required Experience using SQL, Python, Spark, or similar data processing tools Experience in process analysis, mapping, and improvement using BPMN standards and tools such as Microsoft Visio (or similar) is preferred Implementation-oriented mindset with a focus on practical and sustainable results High intercultural competence and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse global teams Excellent English and strong communication skills Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS' vision and mission Our offer includes The opportunity to truly contribute to global animal welfare A multinational team Flexible working times with the option of partial remote work A dog-friendly workplace with a dynamic and pleasant work environment Workplace health and wellbeing initiatives Wiener Linien annual ticket (or partial contribution to Klima Ticket) and pension fund after probationary period PAWSdays: extra days off at the end of the year on top of your 25 days of annual leave Birthday leave: extra day off to use around your birthday The yearly gross salary range for this position is EUR 47,000 - EUR 59,000 (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme Join our passionate team to make a difference for animals.
