Description
  • End-to-End Analytics Ownership: Own the full process of data-driven discovery, from sourcing and exploring data to modelling, dashboarding, and delivering scalable solutions.
  • Business Problem Solving: Translate complex business challenges into practical, data-based solutions that create measurable impact.
  • Dashboard & KPI Development: Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and tracking models that support decision-making and performance management over time.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Commercial teams to understand priorities and turn questions into insights.
  • Data Exploration & Insight Generation: Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify patterns, risks, opportunities, and growth levers.
  • Experimentation & Optimization: Support testing, experimentation, and continuous improvement initiatives with strong analytical input.
  • Data Quality & Governance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting and analytics outputs.
  • Squad Impact Contribution: Depending on your squad, contribute to improving onboarding flows, lead conversion, client loyalty, churn reduction, or smarter compliance processes.

Who You Are


You are a curious and proactive analyst who enjoys solving business problems with data. You combine technical skills with commercial awareness and communicate insights in a clear and practical way.


  • You have strong analytical skills and confidence working with structured and unstructured data
  • You have solid Python and SQL skills, including advanced querying
  • You have a proactive, self-driven mindset and take ownership of your work
  • You communicate clearly and can explain complex topics in a simple way
  • You have a high standard for quality and strong attention to detail
  • You are comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • You are motivated by continuous improvement and measurable impact

Nice to have


  • Knowledge of financial markets and products such as options and futures
  • Experience in fintech, brokerage, or other data-rich environments
  • Experience with BI tools and dashboarding platforms
