    Analyzing data to derive business insights
    As the Marketing Data Analytics team we conduct quantitative analyses about our customers, marketing channels and attribution modeling. In close collaboration with the Marketing Data Science, Tracking and Marketing Technology team we gather, analyze and visualize data. Together with our main stakeholders, the Marketing and CRM teams, we derive business insights from data.
    Now we are looking for a Data Analyst (m/f/d) to join our team!

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analyses on customer behavior to identify customer segments and develop actionable insights
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization to answer marketing-related questions with analytical insights, supporting business decision-making
  • Conduct complex analyses (mainly using SQL) based on different data sources (e.g., transaction data, web/app tracking data, marketing partner data)
  • Design and build custom dashboards based on Google BigQuery (e.g., in Google Looker Studio), enabling self-service analytics for stakeholders
  • Focus on outcome with a hands-on attitude to facilitate practical solutions
