Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Including, but not limited to the following: Support the day-to-day data needs of internal clients by: Clarifying requests as needed Preparing the data Performing list matches using a mixture of in house developed tools and MS Excel Reporting upon the results Work directly with internal clients on the above Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences/B.Tech/MCA/MCA Market research experience preferred Knowledge of SQL a plus Client Service experience a plus Advanced Excel – the ability to develop PivotTables/Charts as well as complex formulas Candidates must be customer service oriented with a positive, can-do attitude Organized, self-motivated, and self-directed Strong understanding of data structure and management Excellent interpersonal communication skills – both verbal and written Exceptional ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects and priorities Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and integrity of information Experience working within a market research company or other type of quantitative research organization desirable, but not required Additional Information We are targeting candidates located in India for this opportunity.
