Our second generation website integrates our own mobile network with the marketplace to create a platform for customer to get the best phone deals anywhere online.
Our office is based in Uckfield, East Sussex which is where the role will be based on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Your role will be to analyse and monitor our eCommerce data, as well as building bespoke dashboards, reports and Automations. You must have excellent experience within data analytics, preferable 3-4 years plus.
You need to have excellent understanding of Analytics & integration with Google BigQuery, be able to setup advance tracking within Google Tag Manager and be able to build custom dashboards to integrate multiple channels together into bespoke dashboards.
You will also be able to work with SQL, Google BigQuery and be able to work with data visualisation tools, such as Power BI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Analyse website data through SQL and Analytics data
  • Deliver insights to help achieve targets
  • Analyse Google Ads data
  • Review Google Analytics insights
  • Setup Google BigQuery and other tools to get a clearer picture of audience behaviour
  • Make clear recommendations based on data
  • Use and help develop new tools to analyse the web and client results.
  • Participate and present monthly performance reports
  • Develop tools to help with business processes and automation.
  • Working with key stakeholders to define reporting requirements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest research in LLMs and applied machine learning and propose practical applications aligned with our product goals
  • Feedback on insights to help UX and CRO testing.
  • Ad hoc analysis where required
