Maimonides Health is hiring a hands-on HR Data Analyst to drive the success of our PeopleSoft HCM, UKG Pro, and iCIMS ATS platforms. This role combines HR technology expertise, workforce analytics, and system administration to enable data-driven decision-making and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support PeopleSoft HCM (Core HR, Position Management, Benefits, Payroll, etc.)
  • Administer iCIMS ATS and manage system configurations and updates
  • Build dashboards and analytics using SQL, Python, R, and Power BI
  • Collaborate across HR, IT, and vendor teams to deliver efficient HR technology solutions
  • Support upgrades, testing, and process improvements to keep systems optimized

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in HR, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years in PeopleSoft HCM, SQL, Python/R, and Power BI
  • 2+ years administering iCIMS ATS
  • Experience with UKG Pro strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
