REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is advantageous (preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Engineering, or a related field)
  • Fluent in English
  • Expertise (with relevant industry experience) in data analysis and insights generation in the Supply Chain domain (or similar)
  • Ability to collect and organize data from different sources to solve a business question
  • Competence in presenting findings to both business and technical stakeholders
  • Enthusiasm for challenging and interpreting data
  • Capacity to offer new perspectives for data analysis and storytelling
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with key stakeholders across functions
  • Ability to analyze data, identify and assess potential risks
  • Work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional team
  • Experience at working with Power BI, SQL, web analytics (Google Analytics), major “big data” storage (i.e. Azure Data Lake), nice to have SAP/SAP BW, Tableau
Responsibilities

PURPOSE:

The Data analyst Manager will work on Data & Analytics initiatives to leverage GSC analytics to make sense of data — uncovering patterns, generating insights, and measuring the success and impact of analytics projects in relation to business KPIs.
The role requires a strong analytical and problem-solving background, with Supply Chain domain knowledge, having a strong business acumen. You should be familiar with the insight generation process integrating and preparing large, varied datasets and analyzing the data to uncover insights and recommendations. You will be required to work with other business stakeholders, data analysts, and data strategists to define and develop data opportunities. In addition to advanced analytic skills, this role is also proficient at architecting specialized models/computing environments and communicating results in a narrated way.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work as a part of the Data and Analytics team to leverage GSC analytics to make sense of data — uncovering patterns, generating insights, measuring success and impact of analytics projects in relation to business KPIs
  • Maximize the value of actual data sources available and identify new data sources that could potentially add value for GSC process optimization
  • Support GSC function by providing learnings and insights, knowledge sharing of how to best use the data assets, identifying gaps and pre-requisites in data sets to enable analytics use cases, and translating business needs into specifications for report/ dashboards that enable business needs and good user experience
  • Closely collaborate with Data Strategists, Data Scientists, and other Data Analysts to make sure the data collected is fully leveraged in each solution
