POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across departments, improve member experience, ensure data governance, and enhance operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
· 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in financial services or credit unions.
· Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
· Experience with Python or R is a plus.
· Experience with Microsoft Purview for Data Governance and Security

· Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources including core systems, CRM platforms, and digital channels.
· Support and enforce data governance policies, including metadata management, data lineage, and access controls
· Leverage AI and machine learning tools to uncover predictive insights, automate reporting, and enhance decision-making
· Work with ISO to ensure proper data mapping, data inventory, data classification, and data governance.
· Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business decisions in lending, marketing, operations, and member services.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and measure performance.
· Assist in predictive modeling and segmentation projects to improve targeting and personalization.
· Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Co-Pilot, or Excel.
· Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
