In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with internal partners to manage workflows and support strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency and client outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and drive new initiatives based on client/business needs, industry trends and best practices Manage workflow for assigned markets, a segment of a product, and ensure timely delivery of work output in accordance with established and agreed upon turn-around times Identify gaps/opportunities, create solutions, present them as business cases to key stakeholders Research, recommend, and implement technology and content opportunities to improve product quality and operational efficiencies Effectively manage expectations of both internal and external clients Collaborate with other teams Communicate developments and issues across the team DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Technology, Computer Applications, Finance, Economics or any equivalent/related course (Experience in lieu of degree will be considered). At least 1-3 years of related work experience in a high-quality and hard deadline-driven environment Previous experience working in financial services is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear attention to detail Excellent English communication (both oral and written) and reading comprehension skills Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines Good judgment in assessing available information and understanding the downstream effects of operational decisions on final product output Ability to think strategically, balancing short-term versus long-term goals Highly motivated, independent, able to adapt and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership Assertive and highly-engaged, especially during team meetings Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams Proficient with the use of technology and able to learn new applications on their own.
