Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Data Analyst with a passion for data-driven decision-making to join our team. In this role, you’ll design, develop, optimize and finally use data transformation pipelines to derive actionable insights that drive business impact. For us, data is a means to an end: Making better decisions together with the business stakeholders and help them achieve better results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive Conversion Strategy: Partner with the CRM team to analyze user behavior, identify conversion opportunities, and design data-driven campaigns that move free users to paid subscriptions and paid users to enterprise accounts.
  • Campaign Design & Execution: Go beyond analysis—actively participate in campaign planning, A/B test design, and optimization strategies. Your insights will directly shape how we engage our users.
  • User Lifecycle Analytics: Build a deep understanding of user journeys, identify drop-off points, and create actionable recommendations that improve conversion rates at every stage.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, conduct post-campaign analysis, and iterate on strategies. Turn data into clear action items that drive measurable business results.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with marketing, product, and CRM teams to align data insights with business objectives. Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
