The individual analyzes trends, forecasts related to Planning and uses the analyses to compile and prepare reports, graphs and charts of data and/or ensure efficiency.- Analyze and plan material requirements by determining the quantity and date materials are needed to ensure optimal inventory levels. - Closely monitor Reorder Points and proactively initiate stock replenishment actions, ensuring sufficient material availability for customer orders. - Effectively coordinate and manage the flow of materials across Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production departments. - Systematically manage and control Material Change Management processes. - Manage, monitor, and propose initiatives to significantly reduce Slow Moving Inventory, thereby minimizing the risk of Material Write-Offs. - Manage and utilize the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system/tools efficiently. - Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on material shortage issues, urgent/expedited shipments (Air Shipments), and overall material status. - Participate in and drive improvement projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and automation of material planning processes. - Analyze the historical data, market insight and hit rate to determine the incoming order trends, find out the abnormal cases with the demand team. - Cooperate with other departments to achieve the target. Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Economics, or a related field. - Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities. - Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills. - Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective interaction with both internal and external stakeholders. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to interface effectively with cross-functional groups to define, communicate, and execute material requirements. - Proficient in Google applications (especially advanced Google sheet/ Excel skills are required) . - Data Analysis: Experience with or the ability to utilize data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or Business Intelligence (BI) platforms is a strong advantage. - Aptitude for New Technology: Familiarity with or experience in leveraging AI/Machine Learning tools, willing to explore and implement process automation solutions.Additional InformationSend your resume to: [email protected]
