We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business analysis and data analytics, with proficiency in tools such as Google Suite and Microsoft products . This role requires a keen ability to analyze complex datasets, develop insights, and support data-driven decision-making processes within the organization. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. This position will require timely completion and will report to the CEO.

• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs for data-related projects.
• Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into databases.
• Design and optimize database structures to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Utilize Python for advanced data manipulation, statistical analysis, and automation of repetitive tasks.
• Support Agile project management methodologies by participating in sprint planning and review sessions.
• Work with linked data concepts to enhance data interoperability across systems.
• Design presentations and written thesis around business opportunities.
