You monitor and control the logistics and production processes within the ERP system. The role ensures that process steps are executed correctly, on time, and completely, and that discrepancies between physical and administrative inventory, order, and production flows are identified and followed up in a timely manner.

Description

• Process guidance
  • Managing logistics and production processes in the ERP system, from order entry to delivery
  • Identifying bottlenecks or deviations in the process flow and escalating them to the appropriate colleagues.
  • Supporting colleagues with the correct entry and processing of data in the ERP system
• Control and quality assurance
  • Checking transactions, order statuses, and inventory movements in the ERP system for accuracy and completeness
  • Identifying and analyzing discrepancies between physical and administrative inventory
  • Conducting periodic sample checks and checks on process compliance
• Reporting and analysis
  • Creating overviews and reports in Excel based on ERP data
  • Analyzing process and data to identify trends, errors, or areas for improvement
  • Assisting in the preparation of periodic management or control information
• Process improvement
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in the logistics and production process
  • Actively contribute ideas for more efficient working methods within the ERP system
  • Contribute to drafting and updating work instructions

Candidate profile

• 0-2 years of work experience; the position is explicitly also suitable for entry-level/junior professionals with a data background and/or Excel experience;
• Accurate and structured;
• Proactive and signaling capability;
• Independent, but also a good team player;
• Eager to learn and able to quickly master new systems/processes;
• Stress-resistant during busy periods or deviations in the process.
