Description Tamayo Federal Solutions, LLC, a Department of Defense contractor, is now hiring a Data Analyst – Mid Level to support a U.S. Navy program office providing data analysis and management support for aircraft carrier maintenance and modernization efforts. The selected candidate will provide analytical and technical support in the collection, management, validation, and reporting of data related to maintenance, modernization, scheduling, and lifecycle sustainment of naval systems. You will support Government requirements related to Class Maintenance Plans (CMP), Baseline Availability Work Packages (BAWP), modernization planning, and lifecycle sustainment. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven professional with experience in data analysis who can organize complex data and present findings clearly for evaluation and action. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Collect, manage, validate, and analyze maintenance, modernization, schedule, and cost data for aircraft carriers Perform data quality control and database management across multiple Government systems Extract, compile, and analyze data from Navy databases (e.g., M&SWP, OARS-OA, eIMPAC, eMRA, NDE) Develop, generate, and present reports, dashboards, and metrics to support leadership decision-making Support development, management, and validation of Class Maintenance Plans (CMP) and Baseline Availability Work Packages (BAWPs) Update maintenance history databases using Availability Work Package (AWP) completion data Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools (e.g., BIG 5, P2P, driver tree metrics) Support lifecycle maintenance and modernization planning efforts, including cost, schedule, and risk analysis Conduct end-of-availability reviews to validate completion of maintenance and modernization requirements Prepare briefs, reports, and presentations for leadership, including Milestone Adherence Board (MAB) briefings Respond to data calls, requests for information (RFIs), and stakeholder inquiries Develop and document processes, procedures, and data management guidance Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including shipyards and program offices Support meetings, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up actions Assist with modernization tracking processes, including Change Management and Late Adds Support Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and lifecycle planning efforts Ensure proper handling of sensitive or restricted information as required Requirements Requirements: 5 years of related professional experience U.S. Citizenship required Candidate must have Active Secret Security Clearance Experience working in a technical or engineering-related environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Ability to analyze, organize, and present complex data clearly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Experience: Experience supporting aircraft carriers, naval ships, or DoD programs Experience with Navy maintenance and modernization systems (e.g., M&SWP, OARS-OA, eIMPAC, eMRA, NDE) Experience with databases and tools such as MS Access, Power Apps, or Power BI Familiarity with CSMP, P-OMMS, or other Navy maintenance systems Experience developing dashboards, metrics, and data visualization products These positions are contingent upon award of contract. “Contingent” offers for employment may stipulate those one or more requirements be satisfied before final commitment between candidate and Tamayo Federal is established; namely, award of contract to the Tamayo Federal Team.
