Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst who can transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Google Sheets, SQL, and Tableau, along with the ability to communicate data-backed stories clearly to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau for business tracking and performance analysis Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data Use Google Sheets for data analysis, automation, reporting, and ad-hoc insights Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic decision-making Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to understand data needs Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, data validation, automation) Proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, aggregations, performance optimization) Hands-on experience with Tableau (dashboards, calculated fields, filters, visual storytelling) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work with large datasets and maintain high attention to detail Good communication skills with the ability to explain insights clearly Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field Experience working with business stakeholders and leadership teams Exposure to data-driven decision-making environments Basic understanding of business metrics and KPIs Behavioral Competencies Strong ownership and accountability Curious mindset with a passion for data and insights Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving Requirements Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst who can transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions.
