Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our Dental Insurance Unit. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to research, interpret, and present data effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical, claims, financial, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data summaries for management.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical reports.
• Use Excel and SQL to extract, validate, and analyze data.
• Monitor data quality and investigate discrepancies.
• Analyze claims and Dental Prior Authorization data to identify trends and performance issues.
• Research and maintain awareness of relevant UAE healthcare and dental insurance regulations.
• Support management with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of healthcare and insurance data.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, IT, Business, Healthcare Administration , or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting .
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI .
• Experience with EMR, healthcare, insurance, or claims systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Healthcare or dental insurance experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with an educational background in Data Analytics are encouraged to apply
