We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to help migrate and recreate key reports from Oracle to Neo4j in a telecom-focused environment. In this remote role, you will work closely with technical teams to ensure data integrity, build actionable insights, and optimize reporting workflows. The position offers an opportunity to apply advanced data analysis and programming skills while contributing to a high-impact project within a global technology and consulting context. You will work independently and collaboratively, helping to bridge data across platforms while driving efficient reporting solutions. Accountabilities: · Recreate and optimize reports previously built in Oracle within the Neo4j environment. · Analyze and validate migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness. · Collaborate with technical and project teams to understand reporting requirements. · Develop scripts and tools to automate reporting processes using Python or Java. · Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and implement solutions for efficient report generation. · Document reporting workflows and maintain knowledge base for team reference. · 5+ years of overall IT experience, preferably in data analysis or database management. · Strong experience with Neo4j and graph database analysis. · Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or Java. · Experience with Snowflake is a plus. · Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. · Strong communication skills for interacting with technical teams and stakeholders. · Fully remote work flexibility. · Opportunity to work on a high-impact data migration project in a telecom environment. · Exposure to advanced graph database and reporting technologies. · Collaboration with a global team of IT and data professionals.
