Data Analyst/Engineer- Service Automation play a pivotal role in driving the automation of IT support processes to improve end-user experience and satisfaction. This specialized role focused on end‑to‑end application monitoring, automation, and observability. This role ensures proactive detection of issues, performance optimization, and reliability of business‑critical IT services. User Experience provide a strong research foundation for innovation and deliver critical infrastructure that supports the entire organization.
