Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, compile, and analyze weighbridge and production reports from all sites
  • Ensure timely submission of reports by relevant departments or staff
  • Highlight discrepancies or delays in data and escalate where needed
  • Prepare summary reports and dashboards as required by management

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field
  • 4 years of experience in a combined admin/data handling role
  • Experience in document control, renewals tracking, or insurance coordination is a strong advantage

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic data analysis and reporting capability
  • Professional telephone and email communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
  • Ability to multitask between data, admin, and front desk duties
  • Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive matters
    Job Type: Full-time
