JOB OVERVIEW

  • We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong experience in ownership intelligence, investment data analysis, and regulatory compliance, along with a background in research. The ideal candidate will analyze shareholder and investment data, create compliance reports, and provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven years of experience in data analysis, ideally within the FINANCIAL services, securities, or ownership intelligence sectors.
  • Proven experience working with shareholder data, investment analysis, and compliance reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards related to ownership intelligence.
  • Experience in research and data collection to support business and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of HKEX, Eikon, and Bloomberg is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setup.

    Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Ownership Intelligence Analysis: Track and analyze ownership structures, shareholder activity, corporate actions, and foreign investments.
  • Investment Data Insights: Analyze data related to investments, including institutional investments, foreign direct investments (FDI), and capital flows.
  • Compliance Reporting: Assist in generating regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Research & Data Collection: Conduct research on market trends, shareholder activity, and financial regulations to support decision-making.
  • Data Management & Automation: Enhance data quality, automate reporting workflows, and improve data processing to increase operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, legal, and IT, to ensure that data is accurate, compliant, and aligned with regulatory standards.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Create detailed reports and dashboards that present insights related to ownership, investments, and compliance metrics.
