Job Description We are seeking a Data Analyst to turn legal and financial data into actionable insights for our legal operations and billing teams. You will analyze billing and operational data, support decision-making, monitor RPA processes, and help optimize workflows through automation. Responsibilities Ensure accuracy and integrity of legal billing and financial data (BI for Billing). Analyze trends, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve legal operations. Produce standard and ad-hoc reports on client billing, collections, and revenue metrics. Develop dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports to track legal and financial results. Monitor and support ongoing RPA workflows in legal processes, identifying improvements and resolving issues. Collaborate with legal and finance stakeholders to define requirements and support process improvements. Develop automation solutions using SQL and Python to optimize daily legal and administrative tasks. Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Reporting or Data Analyst. Very good knowledge of analytical & visualization tools such as Power BI, QlikView. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and PowerPoint. Experience with RPA is highly desirable. Ability to operate comfortably in both business and technical arenas with a teamwork perspective. Experience in a paralegal/legal environment is nice to have.
