Patties Food Group is seeking two detail-oriented Data Analysts to join our team on a 6-month contract. Based at our Pakenham site, these exciting roles will play a key part in supporting critical data management activities across our product and manufacturing systems. This role would be perfect for a recent graduate looking to take the next step in their career! Reporting to the Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for cleansing and validating product data as well as;

• Cleanse and review data from Product Information Forms (PIFs) to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Enter supplier specification data into our recipe management system
• Review and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for accuracy and completeness
• Support data migration and integration from ERP systems (M3), resolving discrepancies
• Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to align data inputs
• Assist in maintaining data governance and ensuring data integrity across platforms
• Generate reports and summaries highlighting data quality issues and recommended corrective actions
• Other ad hoc duties as per directed
